A deep appreciation for Italian cuisine inspired this restaurant and the equally creative chef creates delicious authentic delicacies that provide a divine dining experience. Salads, antipastos and sinful desserts complete the menu, and romance is all but guaranteed when dining under the stars and being embraced by the warm tropical breeze. Dress code: casual elegance. JACUZZI LOUNGE
The notorious rooftop, clothing optional Jacuzzi Lounge and Bar serves up an enormous Jacuzzi hot tub with a view. Adjacent is a tempered-glass ?see and be seen? open-air shower, offering a view of the lounge and the stunning surroundings. Three fire pits warm things up in the cool evenings, and large square beds swathed in white gauze curtains beckon for a bit of adult play. Daily 1:00 PM - 3:00 AM
EL ARRECIFE
Daily sumptuous breakfast buffets and exciting theme dinners (also buffet-style) served four nights per week. Enjoy a tantalizing a la carte menu, available on the remaining three nights, when the restaurant completely transforms itself to provide a luxuriously satisfying dining experience. Buffet themes: Mexican, Mediterranean, Seafood and International Reservations are required for dinner on the 3 nights that are A la Carte. Breakfast 7:00 am -11:00 am / Dinner 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
MELANGE BAR
The exotic color scheme? red, white, black and zebra prints? surround the circular bar topped with onyx. The ramada top allows the sun-, moon- and starlight seep through, setting the stage for romance. Large round loungers are scattered about, both low rise and high, the latter swathed in gauzy veils. Gauzy curtains also surrounds the large square beds, offering titillating privacy. Chairs are grouped around for conversation near the fire pit, candles and lamps lend indirect lighting. Here guests can chill-out round the clock, enjoying cocktails and late night snacks (pizza and baguettes from 11 PM to 6 AM).

This sensual dining venue can only be called unique, and exotic Asian delights including the freshest Sushi, tastiest Tepanyaki and savory deserts are presented in a sexy and mystical ambiance. Dress code: elegantly casual. Reservations required. 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm / Open 6 nights a week.
